Tell us what you’re creating

• Goals: Tell us what the content should communicate or encourage viewers to do. Mention the intended audience, preferred tone and any visual references that show the pace or style you have in mind.
• Formats: Note the number of videos, approximate running times, aspect ratios and delivery platforms. Let us know whether you need alternate cuts, platform-specific versions, captions, subtitles, colour grading or a complete sound mix.
• Timeline: Include the date your footage will be ready, your preferred first-cut date and the final delivery deadline. If the project is being released in stages, add the key publishing dates.
• Budget range: A practical range helps us recommend a suitable scope, editing approach and revision plan without suggesting work that does not fit your resources.
• Locations: If filming is still required, share the proposed location or general area. For footage already captured, mention whether files come from one location or several shoots and how they are currently stored.

It is also useful to mention the approximate amount of raw footage, available brand assets, music or voice-over requirements, and who will provide consolidated feedback. Please avoid sending large attachments in your first message; a file summary is sufficient until we agree the best transfer method.
