Our process
From first call to final delivery
A clear, practical workflow for short-form editing, sound design and captions—built around useful feedback, reliable timelines and content that is ready to publish.

Typical timeline
One straightforward route from brief to export
Most individual short-form projects take three to seven working days once we have the footage, brief and brand assets. Larger batches are scheduled in stages, with timing agreed before editing begins.

Step by step
What happens during production
- 01
Discovery call
We discuss your audience, channels, preferred pace, deliverables and deadline. If the scope is clear by email, we can move directly to the brief.
- 02
Brief and assets
You send the footage, brand guidance, reference links, captions or talking points. We review everything and flag missing files or technical issues before work starts.
- 03
Edit and structure
We shape the strongest moments into a concise cut, refining the opening hook, timing, transitions and visual flow for vertical viewing.
- 04
Sound, colour and captions
Dialogue is cleaned and balanced, music and effects are mixed, colour is matched, and readable captions are timed to the final rhythm.
- 05
Review and revisions
You receive a review copy and return one consolidated set of notes. We apply the agreed changes and confirm any points that need clarification.
- 06
Final delivery
Approved videos are exported to the agreed format, dimensions and platform specifications. Files are checked before being shared for download and publishing.
